1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, onboarding a domain, or accessing Lipiyo Mail portals (including mailadmin.lipiyo.com and mail.lipiyo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Domain Authorization & Responsibility
You warrant that you own or have verified administrative authority over any domain name you connect to Lipiyo Mail. You are responsible for configuring DNS records (including TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM) as instructed by our onboarding wizards. Lipiyo is not liable for mail delivery failures resulting from misconfigured third-party DNS settings.
3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Lipiyo Mail is dedicated exclusively to legitimate business and transactional communication. Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing campaigns, malware attachments, or spoofed headers will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. Subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Storage quotas and mailbox seat limits are enforced according to your active subscription tier.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive for 99.9% monthly uptime for inbound SMTP reception and webmail access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via the Admin Console.
